Yellowstone National Park Lodging – Getting Lodging in West Yellowstone
Yellowstone National Park Lodging inside the park can be some of the most difficult lodging to procure; you will need to make reservations a minimum of a year ahead of time to be able get lodging inside the park itself. Fortunately Yellowstone visitors that have not planned that far ahead need not be disappointed, since you will be able to reserve lodging in West Yellowstone which is situated right next to the west park entrance. From here you can be to Old Faithful in about 30 minutes dependent of course on the time of year and the traffic.
West Yellowstone has several hotels available including the Best Western and the Holiday Inn, each of which offer all the amenities, something which you will not find in the park itself. West Yellowstone also offers great dinning from subs and sandwiches to fine dining and even box lunches to take into the park with you during the day.
